Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of aegiswarehouse.com (the "Site"), operated by Aegis Warehouse, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Aegis Warehouse," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who can use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old to join our mailing list or contact us through the Site. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

Purchases are made on Depop

The Site is informational and does not sell products. All purchases from Aegis Warehouse are made through our shop on Depop. Every purchase, payment, shipment, return, refund, and dispute is governed by Depop's Terms of Service and its buyer protection program, along with the details in each listing. If anything on this Site conflicts with a Depop listing or Depop's terms, the listing and Depop's terms control.

Items sold through our shop, including pre-owned items, are sold in the condition described in their listings. We work to describe each piece accurately, but colors and details can look different on different screens. For any question about an order, message us on Depop or email us.

Mailing list

If you join our mailing list, you agree that we may email you news about new pieces and updates from Aegis Warehouse once we begin sending emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. Joining is free and is not required to buy from us.

Work With Us submissions

If you contact us about working with Aegis Warehouse:

You keep full ownership of your portfolio and any work you send us. You give us permission to view and review it only to evaluate working with you.
Please send only work you created or have the right to share, and do not send confidential information.
Submitting does not create an employment, contractor, or partnership relationship, and we are not obligated to respond or offer work. Any project will be agreed in writing, including pay and credit, before work begins.

Our content and trademarks

The Site and its content, including text, photos, graphics, and design, are owned by Aegis Warehouse or used with permission and are protected by law. The Aegis Warehouse name, the AE logo, and related marks are our trademarks. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Break the law or violate anyone's rights.
Submit false information or someone else's email address to our mailing list.
Send spam or automated submissions, or scrape or copy the Site in bulk.
Try to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or its systems.
Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code.

Other websites

The Site links to websites we don't control, including Depop, Instagram, and X. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Accessibility

We want the Site to be usable by everyone and design it with accessibility in mind, including readable contrast, keyboard navigation, and support for reduced-motion settings. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegis Warehouse, LLC and its members, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so these limits apply only to the extent the law allows, and nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Aegis Warehouse, LLC from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or the law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
